The Cooperative Program (CP) was created in 1925 by the SBC to help churches cooperate together so that every person on the planet could have the opportunity to become a Christian. FBC supports the CP, which supports Baptist seminaries, Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, church planting and evangelism efforts by the North American Mission Board and the International Mission Board, and more. FBC is committed to generously supporting the CP and other missions endeavors.

Mission Partnerships

There are multiple ways you can be mobilized to serve the Lord at FBC.

FBC maintains mission partnerships in our city including, but not limited to, J127, Under His Wings, The Mission, Pregnancy Center of Bryan County, and Serve Durant.

Tulsa, Oklahoma

FBC has partnered with Turn Church Tulsa, a church plant founded by Pastor Tiller Watson. Turn Church seeks to serve in ways that are relevant to their specific community like laundry mat and clothes closet ministries. FBC has the opportunity to partner through service project trips and children’s ministry events.

Brooklyn, New York

FBC has engaged in a partnership with church plant Swerve Church in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Their mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. FBC has the opportunity to partner with Pastor Danny Torres by serving the evolving community of Bushwick in various ways.

Berlin, Germany
Cúcuta, Colombia

FBC is currently in a partnership with IMB church planters Ryan and Brea McMillan of Berlin, Germany and Casa De Dios Iglesia Bautista of Cúcuta, Colombia. Our brothers and sisters in these cities are working diligently to build God’s Kingdom in their local communities. Come be a part of God’s great plan to redeem the world!
There are also other organizations who receive funds and human resources at different times and through different committees from FBCD.
