Wednesday Night Series: NO APOLOGIES

We are starting a new 4 week series called No Apologies! We will be taking a look at other ideas/religions, see how some of their overarching beliefs compare to Christianity. The goal is to be prepared to have better Gospel Conversations and stir a desire to dig into our own faith.
FAMILY DISCUSSION PROMPTS:
WEEK 2: Mormonism
  1. Have you ever interacted with anyone who considers themselves Mormon? Have you ever seen them evangelizing before? What were your thoughts if you have ever engaged with them?
  2. Read Galatians 1:69. If an angel showed up in your room, how would you respond? How would you respond if the angel was telling you to believe something that wasn’t biblical?
  3. Much of what started Mormonism was centered on one man’s experience and interpretation of Scripture. Why is it important to reach the Scripture for yourself?
  4. One praise that many Mormons receive is how kind they are to each other and strangers. How are we as a community doing in loving others?
  5. Read John 13:34-35. What is one way we can love one another better today? What is one way we can love those around us in our schools and community?
